How It Works

How Warehow works for you,
in simple steps.

Step 1

Grab a coffee (or a tea) and read our T&C’s they’ll hopefully answer most of your questions, and if not, it will highlight any questions you might still want to ask our team.

Step 2

Choose a Warehow subscription that suits your current volume needs. Our Warehow Pro + subscription is great value for growing businesses but if you’re forecasting higher volumes then Enterprise, or Enterprise+ could be best for you, and for larger brands, our Corporate options will usually work out cheaper in the long run. Our Corporate model has the advantage of carton-based intake for clients sending us vendor packs of identical items.

Step 3

Talk to the Warehow team to discuss your sales channels, any specific needs and timing of launch. Ecommerce is awesome but we still like to have the ‘talk bit’ as this often speeds things up and it’s nice to talk.

Step 4

Once subscribed you can deliver your first stock to Warehow.

Step 5

At an agreed time Warehow will start pushing our stock feed to your sales channels, pulling your sales orders, and dispatching your goods.

Step 6

More selling by you, more fulfilling by Warehow, some more deliveries from you, and sorry but we’ll have to send you some invoices to pay.

Step 7

You pay us (on time would be great, thanks) then steps 6 and 7 just repeat.

Step 8

Your business thrives and grows and Warehow supports you all the way.
